Justin Blaine
Justin started his career in the Telecommunications industry in 1991 with BT where after a 4 year spell he was lured into working for the largest UK independent telecommunications company Shipton Communications, later to become Deutsche Telekom. After becoming the companies first Million Pound revenue salesperson Justin continued to be awarded promotion and became the youngest Southern Sales Manager at 27 years old, responsible for a team of 14 sales people and Gross Profit revenues of circa £3 Million.
8 years later Justin decided it was time to make his own way in the business world by setting up his own company, resulting in a small telecoms dealership in a region of Northamptonshire called ICT.
After 2 years and increasing profits he travelled to CeBit in Hannover to investigate a new product range which looked ideal for the UK market. Manufactured by 2N telecommunications in the Czech Republic, Justin realised that Fixed Cellular Terminals (FCTs) would provide an ideal platform on which to launch a brand new enterprise.
Following much discussion and negotiation with 2N for exclusive UK distribution rights, he set up NeoWave Distribution Ltd in 2003 with an old friend and business colleague David Brown. In 2005 NeoWave was recognised by the Comms Channel award panel for the most innovative product introduced into the Channel for this year and because of the success of the business attracted Equity Finance in the company to fund further growth. Justin took over the role of Managing Director in July 07 and has big plans to introduce even more products and services over the coming months to continue the fast growth of the company. |
