What is TXTel?
TXTel is the name for sending a text, then getting an automatic callback. It means you don't have to remember phone numbers, don't have to pay for the call, don't have to press '1' for this and '2' for that, and don't have to wait in an on-hold queue with a phone clamped to your ear, or with the handset loudspeaker playing someone else's idea of good music.
If you had a Personal Assistant you'd never bother with any of that. You'd just say, "Get me my bank on the phone" and carry on with your life until, a few minutes later, the phone rang with your bank on the line. Your Personal Assistant would be doing all the work for you: finding the number, calling, waiting, saying, "Please hold the line while I transfer you", and so on. And that's exactly how TXTel works: tell us who you want on the phone, and we'll get them on the line. |
