When you TXTel someone you agree that your number may be used to generate a callback within the advertised maximum period. You do not agree to your number's being used for any other purpose. So if a company ignores your wishes and calls you back after, say, seven minutes, that company would be in breach of the Data Protection Act, and you would be entitled to seek compensation, and we would be forced to bar that company from using the TXTel service. |
