Is my text free, too?
Texts sent to our short code 89752 are charged at 'standard network rates'. The networks charge a fee, typically between 5 and 10p, for these texts regardless of any 'SMS bundling' deals they make with you. (For terms and conditions check with your mobile network). Our policy is not to charge the end user so the standard rate - over which TXTel has no control - is all you pay.
However, texts sent to our long code are free of any additional charge, so the cost will be included in your SMS package, just like the texts you send your friends' numbers. So in many cases, they'll be completely free. |
