What if they don't answer?
Our subscribers - the people you TXTel - are committed to calling you back within six minutes. If they don't, we'll send you a 'Timeout' text, which will also include details of their normal phone number and website. If you reply 'OK' to this Timeout text, we'll put you back in the queue. If you don't, we'll delete it, and that will be the end of that. So what happens next is entirely up to you, the end user. And your details will not be passed on to the organisation you TXTel'd.
